Mission & Service is The United Church of Canada’s main fund and the largest contributor to our annual budget. Mission & Service donations support congregations and new church development, Canadian outreach programs, international relief and development, training and supporting ministers, maintaining ecumenical relationships and administration and governance work.

The United Church provides emergency relief and promotes food security through its partnership in the Canadian Foodgrains Bank. United Church of Canada Foundation
The United Church of Canada Foundation helps both individual donors and congregations invest resources to support ministry long-term. It also provides grants to support ministry in Canada and overseas.
London Conference New Ministries Fund
Ten percent (10%) of the net proceeds from the sale of the real property of a disbanding congregation is directed to the London Conference New Ministries Fund. This fund is part of the New Ministries initiative of The United Church of Canada Foundation.
